Gboard, the virtual keyboard application developed by Google, is preferred by many thanks to its ease of use; it has even proven itself as the leading keyboard app since its launch in December 2016 for Android, and has successfully integrated with other Google apps. Gboard seems to have been able to escape from being the target of some criticism besides its success in these days. A small change in the past few weeks on Gboard has not been enjoyed by users. With the change made on the space key on the virtual keyboard, there is now a Google text on the key. The innovation in this previously empty button caused many users to post reaction messages over various forums. There are multiple innovations in Gboard: However, Google also removed the shortcut key it placed on the keyboard to search for integrated applications. Currently, an arrow key has been added to control the visibility of the items in the toolbar instead. It is also known that the changes detected by users do not depend on the effectiveness of automatic application updates. It is understood here that the update is server-side, and trying to revert to older versions of Gboard does not help resolve this so-called problem. Users who activate multiple language options on the keyboard say that they do not see any Google text and links. So if this bothers you, you can try using an additional language on your keyboard to avoid seeing it. There will be those who remember that Swiftkey has tried such things before. We can not say that this situation, which had some reaction at that time, was very new. Nevertheless, the coming days will show where the responses for Gboard will arrive. Google remains silent on the subject and monitors feedback. We’ll see if the next answer will be with a new update or will users keep up with the change.
