Lockheed Martin, where NASA worked together for the construction of the aircraft, announced that it plans to have the aircraft ready at the end of the year. According to NASA, in these latest tests, the X-59 aircraft will fly in selected parts of the USA and data on responses to low-level sonic eruptions will be collected.
