HMD Global, which produces Nokia phones, will host a hardware event in London on March 19. In addition to the first 5G phone, Nokia 5.3 will be introduced at the event, as well as the successor to the budget-friendly Nokia 5.1 launched in 2018. Leaks revealing the characteristics of the Nokia 5.3 were first introduced last month. Now, while approaching the launch step by step, bloody live images of the smartphone appeared. The device, the prototype of the Nokia 5.3, sheds more light on the design, including the quad camera setup on the back. The device in the images first appeared as Nokia 5.2. However, a report shared by the same source (NokiaPowerUser) last week suggested that the name of the device was changed to Nokia 5.3. The Nokia 5.3 has a 6.55-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18.5: 9. The device is expected to come with different memory configurations, as well as a minimum of 3 GB RAM and 64GB internal storage option. Nokia can offer up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage on the device. The smartphone is reported to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 665 processor and will come with a 4,000 mAh battery. It is also among the information that the device will come out of the box with the Android 10 operating system. As a mid-range, budget-friendly model, the Nokia 5.3 will likely have a plastic back panel. On the back of the phone, there will be a 16 MP main camera, 5 MP ultra wide angle sensor, 2 MP depth sensor and 2 MP macro camera. On the front, there will be an 8 MP selfie camera in the drop notch. The Nokia 5.3 was to be introduced at MWC 2020, which is scheduled to take place in Barcelona last month. However, after the event was canceled due to the Corona virus outbreak, the launch of Nokia 5.3 was delayed.
