The registration applies to companies that offer products and services in any industry. The service is free and registration must be done by the line owner himself. Consumers can register up to three numbers on the platform. The procedure below was performed on the PC, but the tips also apply to Android and iPhone (iOS) phones. Check out the step by step to register. Step 1. Access the Telemarketing Call Blocking tool on the Procon Carioca page (web-sisbloqtele.apps.rio.gov.br/). Then click on “I am a consumer”. Step 2. To create a new account and enter your number, click on “Register number to block”. Step 3. On the next screen, fill in the registration form with your full name, email, CPF (which will also be your platform login), password and phone. You can register up to three phone numbers that you own. To do this, enter your number in the “Telephone register” tab and click the “+” button. The number will be saved below, along with the date of inclusion. If you want to delete a number, just click on the trash can icon under “Actions”. Step 4. Scroll down the screen and click on the boxes to agree with the registration conditions of the page. Then click on “Register”. Step 5. To edit the registration data, access the Procon Carioca blocking portal again. This time, select the option “I want to access my data with username and password”. Step 6. Enter your CPF in the login field and, below, enter the password previously defined. Click on “Login”. Step 7. The access page will be displayed. To add new numbers, just click on the “+” button or the trash can icon to delete a previously registered line. It is also possible to make a complaint directly to Procon Carioca.
